These Node Access Conditions outline the participation standards for Elanura DAO research and activation environments.

Participation Standards

To access or participate in a node, you acknowledge and agree to the following access conditions:

Nature of Nodes

Elanura Nodes are structured activation and research environments operating within a distributed infrastructure framework.

Nodes may function as:

  • Private research environments
  • Controlled activation spaces
  • Technical development hubs
  • Credential-based participation zones

All node activities operate within applicable legal and regulatory frameworks depending on location.

Participation Requirements

Node participation may require:

  • NFT-based access credentials (in development, not yet active)
  • Defined collaboration agreements
  • Structured participation approval
  • Compliance with applicable local regulations

Access is scope-defined and based on infrastructure requirements.

Credential-Based Entry

Certain nodes require NFT-based credentials or access verification.

NFT credentials:

  • Do not represent equity
  • Do not grant financial rights
  • Function solely as digital access markers
  • May define participation scope

All credentials operate within defined technical parameters.

This mechanism is not currently active for any Elanura node.

Confidentiality

Some node environments may operate as private research spaces.

Participants agree to:

  • Maintain discretion regarding sensitive technical information
  • Respect privacy of collaborators
  • Avoid unauthorized redistribution of materials

Confidentiality expectations may be further defined by written agreements where applicable.

Contribution Framework

Node participation may involve contribution in the form of:

  • Technical expertise
  • Research collaboration
  • Infrastructure development
  • Protocol improvement

Participation does not imply employment, equity, or guaranteed compensation unless otherwise formally agreed in writing.

Data & Privacy

Where you submit an inquiry through the contact portal, Elanura DAO collects the information you provide (e.g. name, email, message) solely to review and respond to your request. This information is not sold or shared with third parties except where legally required.

No wallet address or blockchain-based identifier is currently collected, as credential-based access is not yet active.

Where personal data is processed, you retain rights under applicable data protection law, including access, rectification, and erasure. Requests can be submitted through the secure contact portal.

Compliance

All node activities are expected to comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Nothing within these Node Access Conditions is intended to bypass statutory obligations.
